It expires August 1st, 2009.
When it expires, all extended features will be turned off. You'll basically have a non-internet connected Windows Starter edition. It'll be useless.

this is my main OS now for all things, but if they don't have win7 out by then (which they should its that ready) then I will have to fall back on my vista ult installs
