Under Windows 8.1, offline folders were only available in the Pro edition. Can anyone confirm if the home edition of Windows 10 has this feature or not?

From a file explorer window:
Click on Network
Double click on a net shared drive (NAS or another computer on your network)
Click Right on folder. Does the menu option "Always available offline" appears?

I seriously doubt you will ever see Offline Folders supported in the home edition of Windows as this is usually used in a domain business network along with a domain controller. Home Edition is not meant to support these features.

No Offline Folders is a Pro or higher feature. The cached files are stored in C:\Windows\CSC (Client Side Cache)
