I have shared a drive with everyone.
Every computer on the network can see it (3).
However, some folders under it cannot be seen as they are not shared.

How can I make all the folders shared when I share the Drive without individually sharing each??????????????

Solution
To ensure that all folders under a shared drive are accessible without individually sharing each folder, you can adjust the sharing settings for the drive itself. By sharing the drive with appropriate permissions, all folders and files within that drive should inherit the shared status. Here's how you can share a drive and give everyone access to all folders within it: 1. Share the Drive: - Right-click on the drive you want to share. - Select "Properties" from the context menu. - Go to the "Sharing" tab. - Click on the "Advanced Sharing" button. - Check the box next to "Share this folder." - Click on the "Permissions" button to set permissions for everyone. 2. Set Permissions: - In the "Permissions" window, add "Everyone" if...

Set Permissions: - In the "Permissions" window, add "Everyone" if it's not already listed. - Assign appropriate permissions (e.g., Full Control, Read, Write) to "Everyone" based on your security needs. - Click "Apply" and then "OK" to close the windows. By sharing the drive at the root level and configuring the permissions to allow everyone access, all folders and files within that drive should inherit the shared status and permissions. Make sure to adjust the security settings to match your organization's security requirements. This should make all the folders under the shared drive accessible to everyone on the network without the need to individually share each folder.
