Windows 7 Encrypt - Decrypt on Vista and Wins 7

Oh my God ! I have a Windows 7, and now i lose everything, hix ( sorry about my Poor English ).
What's happening with Encrypt tool on Vista and Windows 7 ? Last week i encrypt a TEXT file, that include alot of important informations. When Windows 7 is released, i Upgrade to Windows 7 and now i can't Decrypt that file.

Um a little more info would be conveinient. What Tool exactly did you use to encrypt the file? What type of file is it? 32 or 64 bit?

i have a 64 bits, and i'm trying to encrypt.. how can I do it?
