Windows 7 Error 0x0000007E y problemas con "usb video device" driver]

Hi!
I have a problem with my netbook (a mini hp 5101). when i turn it on, appears a blu screen with the code

STOP: 0x0000007E​

plus four parameters.

There are a few suggestions in the same screen, wich are update the BIOS and check the drivers. I've updated the BIOS (from the HP site) and nothing happened.

The computer works in safe mode and also when i select (in the F8 menu) Last configuration that worked. It seems that the problem is a driver (USB video device).

i have a HP mini 5101,
Intel Atom N280 1.66Ghz
1Gb RAM
Windows 7 professional 32bits

i've installed the most recent driver for my webcam, but the blue screen keeps appearing.

What should i do?
