When i install window 8.1 32bit it shown error (error 0x80070570). Why like dis?

It appears the error means a file is corrupt. It might help if you describe your current configuration and how you are attempting the update.

In window 8 CD, some file is missing. Please use another boot CD. It will be working properly.

On installations of win 8 as opposed to win 7 I've found that memory is more critical in win 8. Mixed memory is more forgiving in 7 then 8 from what I've found. Try going with the least amount then add it later and see what happens. If case you don't have any luck with the previous recommendations.
