Windows 7 Error code 0x8100002f

After trying to make a backup to external drive I get this "Backup skipped backing upE:\ as it is on the backup target." I thought that I only am backing up C drive and system image. This message is stated 3x in notepad as I viewed which files were probamatic. How do I fix this?
