Windows 7 Error Installing iTunes and OpenOffice on Outdated Hardware - Need Assistance

When I try to install iTunes it gives me this error:
Link Removed

This happened when installing OpenOffice too.

Specs:
2.8ghz P4 HT (I know, I know)
1GB PC2700
7600GT 256MB
74GB raptor(windows install)/140GB main(files)

Any insight into this problem is much appreciated.
