Windows 7 Find out if Hibernation is turn on or off

How can I find out if Hibernation is currently turn on or off WITHOUT changing the on/off state?

I prefer a cmdline command.

Simplest way to find out...........
click the Start button > click the pointer next to Shut down
if hibernation is enabled , you'll see Hibernation in the popup box
