Windows 10 Finding Alternatives to Windows 2016 for Managing Simple Contact Files

I wanted to thank everyone who helped with my windows 10 password problems. I sure learned strong passwords are not for me. I don't write well nor do remember well either. Again thanks. I would also like to ask if there is a better system then Windows 2016 for just a contacts file, no calendar or events needed. Appreciate it very much.
