Windows 7 Fix - Access Deny Driver when finish install

Hello every one !
I can't access other driver when install finish Windows 7 build 7077, and i was fix it, now i can access that driver

Step 1: Click-R to Driver, choice Properties \ Security
Step 2: Click Edit button, Edit Permission List
- Add user in used, Remove Administrators
