How to Fix MSO spusb_service not starting in Morpho Biometrics Setup?

Please Give Answer I'm Facing This Issue After Installed Win8 before I'm using Win7

Does the reader you have support Windows 8, did you look at any setup logging the setup executable produces? Is there a newer version of the software?
