Hi,

My wireless mouse has a slight lag when i click on links, if i am in a forum and click a link then on the opening page click another straight away it sometimes doent register then i have to click again, the mouse is fairly new as the last one also did it so i think its the PC not the mouse.

Windows 10

Solution
If the issue is only with links I would say it's not a mouse issue.

If you have a wired mouse as bochane suggested or another wireless mouse to test that would be ideal to rule out an issue with the system itself or if it is a problem with that particular mouse (such as a flakely receiver)

What have you tried so far?

Run the troubleshooter? Drivers?

Tried to up dated driver but it said its the best, changed double click speed in settings, rebooted the pc with the mouse removed then plugged the USB dongle in again, nothing has helped.

Is the issue only links or other items such as a desktop shortcut?

Have you an oldfashioned wired mous at hand, could you try that? That may help finding what is wrong.
