Windows 7 Flash Player Plugin is not seen by Explorer, Chrome or Firefox !!!

Hi all. Last night I existed Firefox 11 after watching a video clip runing Adobe Flash Player and shut down my computer. This morning I started my computer as usual and wanted to watch some clips run by flash player in Firefox and I get the notification to install Flash Player. I did but still I get the same notification. I tried Chrome and Explorer 9 I get the same message. The Chrome comes with Flash Player preinstalled.

Is it a virus or what. How to rectify the situation. Thanks for your help.
