Windows 7 For Safari for Windows 7, is there a shortkey to navigate from tab to tab?

Sorry, yes - I see it's for MAC. Couldn't find an alternative for PC.

I suggest you use Firefox which has this shortcut already built in:

ctrl+1...8 Jump to browser tab 1 - 8
