Windows 7 Found 4.5gig cd1.iso file in my c:\temp folder

This was created on the day I installed my W7 upgrade. Any clue as to what that's about? I suppose I could burn it and see what it is. Weird.

Yep, that's what it is.

If you've already built the ISO and have it on DVD, simply delete the file, actually delete everything in the temp folder.

Delete all files and folders here as well:

C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Temp

If you have a C:\windows.old folder, delete that also.
