Windows 7 FTP Setup in w7x64

I searched and did not find anything.

Looking to set up FTP Server in W7x64 Professional. I installed IIS, allowed FTP in the firewall exceptions and can get to the point where I receive an authentication box when I try to access the FTP site however I never entered a username/password during the setup so I'm unsure if I made a mistake or how to configure this.

I have no problem setting up Windows FTP sites in XP - can anyone give me pointers as to the differences/nuances between XP and W7 FTP services?

It must be W7 FTP, I can not install any 3rd party freware/shareware services.

Not trying to be a jerk but I said that it needs to be the Windows OS FTP client, not downloading Serv-u (or any 3rd party client).

Can anyone else point me in the right direction please?
