Windows Vista Full Screen Video

Both me and a friend of mine both have vista laptops, every so often when you play video from say youtube or stream tv shows from nbc.com the video freezes but audio continues, minimize it and the video is still playing and seem like there is nothing wrong.

Sometimes it works fine but this is annoying
