Did you want me to delete the entire folder, including the softwaredistrubution folder?Try opening services.msc and
- Stop the Windows Update Service and Background Intelligent Transfer if it's running
- Delete C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution
- Restart Windows Update Service and recheck for updates
Right just deleted the folder and the .old version because i had that for some reason, fingers crossed it works!
Well i done all the steps earlier and it still doesnt work
