Is there a way that I can convert or turn a GIF File and PNG File to a JPEG File and how?

Open it in photoshop then "save as" what ever you like... note that a png file is bigger/ better than a Jpeg and you will lose trans when you down grade the image.

If you don't have PhotoShop... ;)

Just use MS paint, it's included in your Windows 7.

OTT

When you say I'll lose trans when you down grade the image, what is trans and how will it affect the picture?

If you don't have Photoshop then try the Windows Paint app. I use this almost all the time to convert to jpeg.

Transparency spaces (top right of this example image) have nothing on them… if you save as a jpeg they will be turned into white
