Although probably not the best place to post this, the latest Intel HD integrated graphics driver fixed a weird HDMI scanning issue for me that caused my screen to go crazy at 4K 60Hz. Up until now, I've had to run at 30Hz. So its possible they fixed an issue on some older processors (i7 6700K Skylake).
