Windows 7 Graphics Card and BIOS Flash Screen

Hi all:

Got a small problem I had an GPU change from my old Nvidia 6600GT to a Nvidia 9800GT wich was given to me but was fualty. So I tossed it as it was giving me willy's and got a GTX460 but when I first turn on the computer the Bios screen doesn't take up the whole screen like the 6600GT. how to make it do it?

Nothing you can do. That's how it is. Just a difference in how the card is.

Why does it do full screen BIOS with the VGA cable attached or the HDMI cable attached (Which goes to my HDTV) Why doesn't the DVI cable do it for?
