If you're in need of some graphics drivers, this is the place to come.
Download and install these in compatibility mode, and you should have no problems, as long as your graphics card is supported.

To install using compatibility mode:
Right click the setup.exe file > properties > select the "Compatibility" tab > Set the compatibility to "Windows Vista" in the drop down menu.



Nvidia:

For All cards of 5XXX series and later.
