Windows 7 Has stopped working

I am trying to install 3dmark vantage and every time I double click the setup file I get the error setup.exe has stopped working and I have to close it. I have tried compatibility, run as admin, disable all start up services but, nothing works. Anyone else get this problem? I am on windows 7 x64 6801

It didn't work for me until build 7022.
I highly doubt it'll work on 6801.

No, not very many at all other than image mounting software and benchmarks.
