Yesterday I ran into a couple of problems,

1. When I click on Microsoft Store noting happens, it won't open

2. Apps such as Snip & Sketch, Calculator, Maps, Sticky Notes along with other apps that were downloaded from the Microsoft Store are shown in the start menu, but when I click on them I either get a blue screen that pops open (as if the app is opening) or I get a blue pop up screen saying "This app can't open, There's a problem with (app name) reinstall the application from it's original install location or contact your administrator" If Microsoft Store won't open how can I reinstall these apps?

I have no idea what to do, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Solution
Go into system settings [windows key + i] shortcut
Go into Apps
Search for each affected app and select them
Click 'Advanced options'
You can try the repair option first and test, if it does not work try the reset option.

I tried that, when I click on repair and click on the app a screen pops up saying "This app can't open, There's a problem with (app name) reinstall the application from it's original install location or contact your administrator" and when I click on reset and try to open the app noting happens.
