Windows 10 Help! There is a horizontal line on my W10 desktop, and it's increasing!

It started some days ago all of a sudden, no idea why it's happening, but I noticed two things:
1: the line doesn't appear when I take a screen print.
2: It's also not visible when the notebook is turned off.

I'll take some pics when my cell phone baterry is fully charged.

That would be a damaged LCD screen. If this is a desktop replace the monitor. if it's a laptop I'd recommend taking it to a shop to have the screen replaced.
