Windows 7 Help with Help and Support Window

Just got my new computer with windows 7 and installed corel draw 7 on it

when I run corel and open a window to type in as soon as I hit any key the Help and Support window comes up and will
not let me type. If I close the help & support window it pops up as soon as I hit any key to type.

Is there a way to turn off this window?

Probably because Corel Draw 7 us do old,.

I had the same problem yesterday when installing coreldraw. But, the next time I powered up Windows 7, the repair menu came up since windows would not start. It fixed the problem and since Corel draw was gone I think that was it. Be good to know if it is possible to use coreldraw 7 on Windows 7 PC.
