Hi,
both dmp files were the same and points to your GPU driver as the culprit.

atikmdag.sys Fri Sep 28 03:14:57 2012: AMD GPU driver please download and use the app found here:
http://www.wagnardmobile.com/DDU/
This will ensure any old bits of driver are fully removed. Download and install latest version:

AiCharger.sys Thu Mar 22 08:07:51 2012: Asus Charger Driver Likely BSOD cause, uninstall to test.

aswSnx.sys Tue Jan 21 17:11:09 2014: Avast AV, Avast is known to at times gives issues. try using MSE:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/security/pc-security/mse.aspx

nusb3hub.sys Fri Dec 10 04:50:35 2010:
nusb3xhc.sys Fri Dec 10 04:50:35 2010
: NEC Electronics USB 3.0 Host Controller Driver (previous BSOD issues with 2010 and earlier versions):
Your actual USB3 chip is the NEC D720200F1 of which the latest driver and firmware can be found here:
http://www.station-drivers.com/index.php/10-drivers/42-renesas-nec
Remember to update both driver and firmwware.

Your Intel drivers are also in need of updating:
