Windows 7 Hibernation Issues. random start up.

hi,

when i hibernate my computer it works fine but then it starts it's self up about 7hours later. i am unsure of why this is. any help is appreciated.

maybe usefull info:
windows 7 ultimate 64bit
6gb ram
intel i7 975
1gb graphics
10gb free hdd space
