The display on my Fujitsu Lifebook A530 is so bright it's actually painful to watch. Especially at night.

I have tried the F6-F9 keys (marked ▼ ▲ ▼ ▲) that I think are supposed to adjust brightness/contrast but no go.

Any ideas as to what to do? Yeah, shades - but that somehow seems so low-tech.
