Windows 7 how do I change the color of forwarded messages in windows live mail?

when I receive a forwarded message in windows live mail, they are yellow & hard to read..........how can I change their color

Forward messages preserve the formatting from the original email. You can change the way you read them by going to the Options, select the Read tab and check the box next to Read all Messages in plain text.
