Windows 7 How do I delete a saved game of Solitaire?

How do I delete a saved game of Solitaire? Every time I turn on the computer it pops up. It's very annoying. Thank you.

Start -> Click your user name at the top -> Saved Games.
Or, Right-click on Solitaire in the Games Explorer and click Saved Games.
