Windows 7 How do I manually move icons in Windows Explorer?

As a quick workaround with folders I want at the top of an open window (let's say, for example, I use Office 2003 and Elmers Muses folders all the time) I name the folders (Alt+0160)Office 2003 and (Alt+0160)Elmers Muses.

Its not perfect, Elmers Muses will still be alphabetically before Office 2003 but at least they are in the top row(s) of their parent folder.
