Windows 7 How do I use Autoruns to determine what's slowing down my boot time?

Windows 7 Professional Dell Workstation.
 

Solution
Look particularly in the "Run" and "Startup" sections to see what software is being run automatically on startup. Identify which ones you think you don't need or are unsure about. Uncheck the box at the left of the item to suspend it from starting up. If, after some time you feel you really don't want it auto running then you may delete it permanently or re-check the box if you want it running after all
