Windows 7 How to arrange the display of folders in a custom library?

Hi Everyone,

I created a custom library "Camping Photos". I have images stored in folders on a spinner and on my SSD. I've included the folders in my library, but I don't like the order in which they are displayed within the library. Can I change this? I tried using the "Arrange By" drop down thing, but nothing happens? Can anyone clear this up for me? Thanks Much.
