Windows 7 how to change windows border color when im using windows 7 basic

im using windows 7 basic cuz my graphic card sux. but i assume at least i can change the color of the window border instead of sticking with the defult blue right? how can i do so?

Yes it works the same way as you would change the colors of the windows classic theme in Windows Xp. Just right click the desktop and go to Personalize.

Then click on window color. It will open up another menu. Then from the dropdown menu select window color and change it from there. Hope this helps.

i tried that, however it stays blue(default color) for some reason.
