I'm trying to bridge my connections between my pc and my xbox 360. I did this with vista and XP but i can't figure out how to do it w/ windows 7. I use a router w/ two ethernet cords one plugging into each console.

I go to Control panel then view network status and tasks but i can't figure out what to do after that.

I'm not that great with computers so any help would be appreciated.

To bridge the connections between your PC and Xbox 360 using Windows 7, you can follow these steps: 1. Connect the Hardware: - Make sure both your PC and Xbox 360 are connected to the same router using Ethernet cables. One cable should be connected to your PC and the other to your Xbox 360. 2. Set Up Network Bridge: - Go to "Control Panel" on your Windows 7 PC. - Click on "Network and Sharing Center." - On the left side, you will see "Change adapter settings." Click on it. - You should see the connections for your PC (like Ethernet, Wi-Fi). Select both the connections: one that connects to the router and the one you want to bridge (probably Ethernet). - Right-click on the selected connections and choose "Bridge Connections."...

This will create a network bridge between your PC and Xbox 360. 3. Configure Xbox 360: - On your Xbox 360, go to the network settings. - Choose the option for wired connection. - When prompted, select to test your network connection. Your Xbox 360 should now be connected through your Windows 7 PC. By following these steps, you should be able to bridge the connections between your PC and Xbox 360. This process essentially allows your PC to act as a bridge between the Xbox 360 and your router, enabling internet access and communication between the devices.
