Windows 7 How to enable "Use high quality mode" in WMP?

In Windows Media Player 12, how do I enable the option for "Use high quality mode" ? there was an option for this in WMP 11.

Cyberbuddy. I can't find Advanced Performance Settings anywhere in my WMP 12. Is that because I have an older ATI video card. It's not HD or anything like that.
