Windows 7 How to Safely Remove Extra Fonts Without Affecting Default System Fonts?

ive installed thousands of fonts and now my system is slow
any help on how to remove them without removing default fonts ??

You see, Windows keeps all the fonts in Windows dir \ fonts even the ones added by the user. So as far as I know there is no way of telling which fonts were added by the user
