Windows 7 How to Set Up Custom Email Signatures in Outlook on Windows 7

Hi
Some help please.

I am using Win 7 Pro & Office 2003

Prior to 7 i used XP Pro and in order to setup my company's custom email signatures i copied a couple of HTM files & folders into (I think) docs&sett .. app data .. micrsoft .. signatures

Does anyone know how to do this in 7 ?
