Windows 8 How To Tag Any Files on Windows 8?

hi, is it possible tagging any type of files instead of photo & docs on Windows 8?

i want my shortcut have some tags to be organized

Hi,

not all files can be given a tag. If you right click on the file and then choose properties. look under 'Details' and if it can be tagged you'll see a place to attach the tag.

NVM, i just can groups by 'comments' . all shortcut has able commented easily
