Windows Vista How to turn off Tablet PC Input Panel

I want to turn-off Tablet PC Input Panel completely so that it is nolonger running. I opened the Input Panel, clicked on Tools, and looked for an Exit command inside the Input Panel. There was none. The only Exit sign was the red X in the top right corner of the Input Panel window. I clicked on it. The Input Panel went to the extreem left side of the display window. When I clicked on the corner of the Input Panel it reappeared on the display screen. How can I completely turn-off the Tablet PC Input Panel?

If you click on Programs in the control panel you'll see at the top of the next page Programs and Features, written under that you'll see Turn Windows features on or off. If you click on that you'll be given a list which includes the Tablet PC which you want to stop running..
