Windows 7 How to Upgrade from Windows 7 Evaluation (Build 7100) to Home Edition?

im running windows 7 evaluation copy build 7100 how do i upgrade to windows 7 home do i have to start from the beginning

An activated 7100 is a qualifying OS to use an Upgrade version of the DVD. You will need to do a Custom(clean) install and that is what Microsoft recommends.
