Windows 10 i cant update windows and when i try and download something online it says i need to update windows, help

so i cant update windows cause it just goes on forever, even as im typing this its still "awaiting download"

Open up a CMD prompt or powershell prompt as a admin and input this: "sfc /scannow" with out the quotes and then hit enter.

I as well can not download the update.

Here is what I see.

What I want to do is delete this OneDrive folder. When I choose to view the file contents I see note about a application. So I installed the one drive application from the windiest store.

That dud not solve anything.

Still see the sane note.

How else can I delete this one drive from my computer?

The suggestion on the screen is emptying the recycle bin.
Did you try that?
Another option is from the explorer, from 'This PC', right click in C: select 'Properties', tab 'General', click on 'Disk Clean up'
