Windows 7 How to Restore Internet Explorer 64-bit from Start Menu

For some reason I seem to have lost my IEx64bit from my start menu.Can anyone help me get it back

C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe Drag it to the start menu.

Im sorry but that doesnt give me IE8 64 Bit

1. Control Panel | Programs and Features | check/select/re-enable Internet Explorer 8 | OK
