Windows 7 Im stuck im not very technical im a new user i locked my self in as admin but not sure email i used

Can any body tell me wot i do next im trying get myself back as main user only me uses it iv add bfor helpmgs 2221.=?unsure now its helpmsg 3506. =?wots that mean it says Message#

Just type
whoami /groups
If you show up in the BUILTIN\Administrators group then you're already an admin on the box.

Also if you press [Windows key + i] and click on Accounts it will show your email if you signed in with one.

Any1 understand this
Iv logged on using guest account iv added a new name and this is wot came up dont no if or how to reply (im trying add a new user)

You won't be able to create an account as guest. You will need to download, on a different computer, hiren boot disc and create a bootable usb or CD/DVD and blank out the administrator account password.

Resetting Windows Password
