Method 1:
Follow these steps:
Click “Start.
Type “services.msc” in the Start search box > press “Enter.”
Right-click “System Event Notification Service” > click “Properties.”
In the “Startup type” list, select “Manual.”
Click “Start” to start the service.
Click “Apply” and click “OK.”
Method 2:
Run a System File Checker (SFC) and see if that fixes the issue.
SFC tool scans system files and replaces incorrect versions of the system files by using the correct versions.
