Introduce Yourself

I am human. My first computer time was with an amber screen. I run a small business and I’m it for IT. Laptop, desktop and NAS. I am data driven and reports follow.
 
Hi, my CPU is showing running at 100% but the task manager system tray shows 10% i couldnt capture the value on the tray but this app shows the same value. i'm leaning towards a full install. any advice before i do that would be awesome. i checked out a previous thread but it didnt help.i couldnt find any hidden processes

I'm a middle aged sysadmin from the UK who is very much a jack of all trades - have had varying experience with Windows, Linux, virtualisation, storage, networking etc... I don't normally sign up for forums unless I'm very much stuck, which I am now, but I'll save that for a proper post.
