when ever i got the limited connectivity message in XP it has separate option for repairing now i am working with windows 7 when i faced the same problem i searched for the same option but didnt find it. can any buddy help me where to find repair option

You can try some of these:
1. Fix Limited or No Connectivity Error on Windows 7 & Vista
2. Update your network drivers.
3. Do a system restore to point before the problem.
4. To rule out IE problems, try using Firefox and see if the problem still exists.
5. Your LAN card may be faulty and you might need to get it replaced.
6. Norton products are reported to make Network problems. You can try to uninstall all Symantic products and use a different AV program. To remove, use Norton uninstall tool. Link Removed due to 404 Error
