Windows 7 IPV6 Anonymous Address Generation

I know that in Windows XP, IPV6 enables anonymous IP addresses to be generated by default every 5 seconds. This is per RFC 3041 and can be found in Windows XP Help and Support under IPV6 utilities: ipv6 gpu AnonRegenerattime. My question is: does Windows 7 also enable this same capability of generating anonymous IP addresses every 5 seconds? Thank you for your help

I dont think so. Its been long time since I have been using Xp. However, in Windows 7, while I am connected to Internet via IPV4 address, the IPV6 shows me No Internet Access. There is no sort of IP.
